Job summary

ESPEC North America seeks an AI Specialist to join its IT Department. You will drive responsible adoption, administration, and practical use of AI technologies across the organization, identifying use cases, configuring approved tools, and developing automations.

You will train users, support governance, security, and change-management activities while documenting processes and maintaining prompt libraries and technical guidance. Regular hours Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM, in Hudsonville, MI.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in IT, business systems, data analytics, automation, or related field preferred.
• Experience using generative AI tools for research, content, or productivity preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps and collaboration services required.

Responsibilities

• Supports implementation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of approved AI platforms.
• Collaborates with departments to identify AI opportunities and document requirements.
• Develops prompts, templates, workflows, and AI-enabled solutions under IT guidance.
• Develops automation and integrations between AI platforms and business apps.
• Keeps documentation, user guides, and SOPs up to date.
