Job summary

Jain Global LLC is seeking a Solutions Analyst & Engineer to design workflows, automate processes, and build AI-forward solutions. You will parse, score, and automate tasks, composing existing platforms with the firm's toolkit to deliver scalable, user-centric outcomes.

Responsibilities include intake planning, coordination across initiatives, and developing templates and training to empower teams to maintain and evolve their own solutions with less direct developer involvement.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in business process automation or enterprise enablement.
• Track record of bringing structure to cross-functional work and scoping ambiguous requests.
• Strong communication skills translating technical concepts for business teams.

Responsibilities

• Workflow design and process improvements across teams to reduce repetitive effort.
• Build AI-forward solutions by integrating platforms and tools for scalable use.
• Own intake and planning, scoping problems, and proposing initial plans before build.
• Create templates, guardrails, and training to enable self-sufficient teams.
