Job summary

Jain Global, LLC is a multi-strategy investment firm with offices in New York, Houston, London, Singapore, and Hong Kong. The Technology Solutions and Enablement Team seeks a Solutions Analyst & Engineer to drive AI-enabled workflows, design scalable processes, and integrate new tools into daily operations.

This broad role moves between initiatives to reduce friction and empower teams to sustain improvements.

Qualifications

5 or more years of experience in business process automation, workflow optimization, enterprise technology enablement, or a closely related field such as technology consulting or program delivery.
A track record of bringing structure and order to complex, cross-functional work, including scoping ambiguous requests and organizing concurrent initiatives.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences and to build shared understanding across stakeholders.
Strong pattern recognition, with the ability to see recurring friction across teams and turn it into repeatable solutions.
Enough familiarity with how solutions are built to design, guide, and enable the work, along with the interest and ability to deepen that hands-on capability over time.
Experience carrying work through to the point of adoption, so that solutions are used and sustained rather than handed off and stalled.
Comfort operating with autonomy and owning outcomes across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

Workflow Design and Process Improvement: Learn how teams operate, recognize friction, and translate into workflow improvements. Design simpler workflows and automations that reduce repetitive effort without disrupting day-to-day delivery.
AI-Forward Solution Building and Integration: Build AI-forward solutions, compose platforms and toolkits into complete solutions, and partner with engineering teams to integrate rather than duplicate.
Intake, Planning, and Coordination: Own intake of requests, scope problems, propose plans, and organize work across concurrent initiatives.
Enablement, Training, and Standards: Develop templates, guardrails, and training; run sessions and create usage documentation; set communication standards for consistency.
