Job summary

Equifax, Inc. is seeking a visionary AI Engineer to lead our technology transformation. You will architect and deploy cloud-native AI agents, scalable APIs, and microservices on Google Cloud Platform, mentoring a cross-functional team and driving engineering metrics.

You’ll work with LangChain, LangGraph, and modern AI tooling to solve complex business problems, while aligning with DevSecOps and FinOps best practices in a large enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in software engineering with leadership experience.
• Hands-on AI/ML integration, MLOps, and solving business problems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents on GCP at scale.
• Lead AI research, prototyping, and integration of latest models.
• Architect and deploy cloud-native APIs, microservices, and PaaS/SaaS.
• Mentor a cross-functional team of engineers and ensure reliability.
• Establish and report on engineering metrics, security, and DevSecOps.
