Qualifications

Job description

The AI Architect is a hands‑on technical role responsible for designing, developing, and deploying sophisticated AI‑driven solutions tailored to client requirements. The role focuses heavily on the Snowflake platform, particularly Cortex Agents, Cortex Analyst with semantic views, Cortex Search, Snowflake SECRET, and Snowflake Intelligence, to build intelligent Agents and Agentic Process Automation solutions. The AI Solutions Architect will identify high‑value AI use cases, assess technical feasibility through client workshops, develop prototypes and proofs of concept, lead pilot implementations, and create scalable architectural designs that integrate with existing enterprise infrastructures. The role requires strong technical leadership, client engagement, solution architecture, and the ability to drive AI‑enabled digital transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to understand business needs, objectives, technical requirements, and opportunities for AI‑driven transformation.
  • Conduct workshops to identify high‑value AI use cases and assess their technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop tailored AI strategies and solution approaches.
  • Design, build, and deploy intelligent agents using Snowflake Cortex Agents, Cortex Analyst, including semantic views, and Cortex Search.
  • Design and implement Agentic Process Automation patterns to streamline and enhance business operations.
  • Utilize Snowflake and its native components to develop sophisticated AI‑driven systems tailored to client‑specific use cases.
  • Create detailed architectural designs and technical blueprints that integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise infrastructures.
  • Ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop prototypes and proof‑of‑concept solutions to validate AI concepts and technical approaches.
  • Lead and deliver pilot projects that demonstrate AI capabilities and measurable business value.
  • Gather client feedback and incorporate findings to improve solution usability, effectiveness, and adoption.
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to internal teams and clients throughout the AI solution lifecycle.
  • Guide implementation teams in applying AI development best practices, established architectural patterns, and technical standards.
  • Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
  • Perform usability evaluations and make adjustments based on client feedback.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize deployed AI systems for performance, scalability, and operational effectiveness.
  • Address and resolve technical challenges throughout solution development and deployment.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, deliverables, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure successful execution.
  • Communicate project status, technical considerations, risks, and outcomes effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Document architectural designs, project plans, technical specifications, decisions, and project outcomes.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, solution designs, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Drive AI‑enabled digital transformation initiatives that deliver measurable value to clients.
  • Contribute to the development of AI best practices, methodologies, frameworks, and reusable solution patterns.
  • Stay current with advancements in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, Agentic AI, and related technologies.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and forums to demonstrate AI expertise.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Typically 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying AI and machine learning solutions.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with the Snowflake platform, including its AI and Cortex capabilities.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure services, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Proven expertise with Snowflake Cortex Agents, Cortex Analyst including semantic views, and Cortex Search.
  • Experience designing, building, and deploying intelligent Agents and Agentic Process Automation solutions.
  • Strong solution architecture experience, including creating architectural designs and integrating AI solutions with existing enterprise systems.
  • Extensive experience engaging with clients, consulting on technical requirements, and translating business needs into AI solutions.
  • Experience assessing client requirements and supporting change management initiatives.
  • Proven ability to integrate AI solutions into business domains while addressing enterprise concerns and industry standards.
  • Experience applying established architectural patterns, technical best practices, and software development methodologies.
  • Seasoned experience working in Agile development environments with iterative development and continuous improvement.
  • Proven experience developing, selling, and delivering technical solutions that meet client requirements and demonstrate measurable value.
  • Experience working in a large‑scale, preferably multinational, technology services environment across areas such as software development, technical presales, or enterprise architecture.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver pilot projects, manage project timelines, and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
  • Experience developing and evaluating AI models, algorithms, and AI‑driven solutions.
  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, and large‑scale data processing.
  • Ability to interpret and manipulate large datasets to derive meaningful insights.
  • Experience designing scalable and reliable AI solutions and creating architectural blueprints and technical specifications.
  • Understanding of system integration, interoperability, and automation principles.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

Certifications
  • Snowflake SnowPro certification.
