Job summary

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking an AI Solutions Consultant to lead solution planning and design for client opportunities. You will collaborate with sales, delivery, technical, and client stakeholders to shape AI approaches and deliver feasible recommendations.

Location: Remote – US. Expect 7–10 years of experience with 2+ hands-on in generative or agentic AI and travel up to 25%. The role involves proposal development, discovery facilitation, and stakeholder alignment to drive successful engagements.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years experience with 2+ hands-on in generative or agentic AI.
• Up to 25% travel expected.
• Experience in solution design, discovery, client consulting, business analysis, and proposal development.
• Knowledge of AI governance and data readiness practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own AI solution strategy across opportunities and engagements.
• Qualify AI opportunities, assess data readiness, define solution approaches for generative and agentic systems.
• Coordinate pre-sales activities with delivery teams and support account growth.
• Develop proposals, provide level-of-effort estimates, and ensure delivery continuity.
• Collaborate with Marketing Technology and Experience consultants and present to clients.
