Staples is building the future of Marketplace through practical, AI-enabled solutions that drive measurable business impact. As the Senior AI Solution Architect, you will be a business-embedded technical leader delivering AI/ML solutions to high-value operational and commercial challenges.

This is a hands-on role on a 4-day/week on-site schedule in Framingham, with relocation assistance available. You will collaborate with Marketplace leaders, product managers, Technology, and Data/AI teams to

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering or technical solution development.
• Experience building and deploying AI, ML, automation, or data-driven solutions.
• Experience delivering prototypes from concept through validation.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Experience integrating structured and unstructured data sources.

Responsibilities

• Embed within Marketplace operations, product, and commercial teams to understand end-to-end workflows.
• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities based on impact, scalability, feasibility.
• Translate problems into structured technical approaches and build plans.
• Develop and deploy rapid prototypes using internal platforms and AI/LLM tooling.
• Validate solutions with real-world data and drive measurable business value.
• Partner with Technology and Data/AI teams to productionize solutions.
