Job summary

Sound Income Group is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to lead the development and deployment of AI, ML, and automation across the organization. The role requires hands-on work, strong independence, and the ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Recruiting, Sales, Advisor Support, and Operations to improve processes and deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in AI engineering, ML, and data engineering.
• Proven ownership of AI/ML solutions from discovery to production.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate workflows to identify AI, ML, and automation opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a prioritized AI roadmap based on impact and feasibility.
• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain production-ready AI/ML solutions.
• Develop AI assistants and automation tools to improve productivity.
• Create and maintain data pipelines and integrations across systems.
