Responsibilities include studying existing processes, designing prompts, partnering with leadership to roll out solutions, and training staff on AI tools to improve efficiency and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be located in Atlanta, GA
• Strong prompt-writing skills with tools like Claude or ChatGPT in a professional environment.
• Ability to break down processes and identify AI improvement points.
• Comfortable building lightweight solutions and workflows.
• Excellent written communication and ability to translate tech into plan-language guidance.

Responsibilities

• Study existing firm processes across marketing, operations, and HR to identify where AI can create real efficiency.
• Design and write prompts and workflows that turn a manual process into an AI-assisted one.
• Partner with the operations leadership to scope problems, test solutions, and roll them out firm wide.
• Evaluate and help implement AI tools across departments, including marketing, HR, and case management.
• Train staff on how to use the AI tools and workflows once they’re in place.
