Infoblox in Tacoma, WA is seeking an AI Solution Specialist to join the Business Strategy team. You will design, deliver, and scale practical AI solutions that transform how Bloxers work, collaborating with IT, data, and AI teams to translate business problems into secure, production-ready AI workflows.

You will build pilots, define success metrics, and accelerate adoption with governance and clear telemetry, contributing to a culture of innovation and impact.

Qualifications

• Foundational skills in business analysis, solutions consulting, project/program management, or operations analysis with AI background
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into practical AI solutions with measurable outcomes
• Hands-on experience with AI or automation platforms such as Glean and Copilot Studio

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases and workflows across functions
• Translate business needs into AI solution designs including agents and copilots
• Design and configure AI agents and workflows using enterprise platforms
• Collaborate with IT, data, and security to ensure governance and data alignment
• Build business cases and track telemetry for adoption and impact
• Run pilots from discovery to production rollout
• Create guides and training moments to drive adoption
• Share reusable patterns and checklists for faster future deployments
