Job summary

ARCO is seeking an AI Solutions Analyst to embed with departments across the company, identify high‑value problems, and design, pilot, and roll out AI agents and workflows on ARCO platforms. You’ll own problems end to end, from initial discovery to adoption and measurable impact.

You will collaborate with IT, Data & Analytics, and Security to ensure governance and data access while delivering tangible hours saved and efficiency gains for ARCO associates.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience solving operational problems with technology across business, systems, or process teams.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents, assistants, and workflows with Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot Studio, Glean, Power Automate, n8n, or Zapier.
• Comfort reading/writing Python, SQL, or JavaScript with AI assistance; APIs and CLI familiarity.
• Strong discovery skills to extract real needs in 20 minutes.
• Product instincts: scope small, ship early, measure real usage.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional customer service mindset.
• Construction/AEC or field-based industry experience is a plus.
• Experience with Procore, Viewpoint, Power BI, or Microsoft Fabric is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Embed with departments to identify high-value problems and bottlenecks.
• Size and prioritize opportunities by business impact with leadership.
• Design and build AI agents and workflows on ARCO platforms.
• Prototype quickly, pilot with real teams, iterate based on feedback.
• Roll out successful solutions and train users, drive adoption.
• Measure outcomes: usage, time saved, errors avoided, next steps.
• Coordinate with IT, Data & Analytics, and Security for data access and governance.
• Triage ideas from ARCO’s AI ideas program and turn best ones into funded initiatives.
• Evaluate vendor AI tools vs build-it-yourself options and advise leadership.
• Document what you build for long-term maintenance.
