Job summary

ARCO is seeking an AI Solutions Analyst to identify high-value operational problems and design AI-driven workflows across preconstruction, accounting, HR, and more. You will embed with teams, prototype quickly, and drive adoption while measuring impact in hours saved and errors reduced.

You will work with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Power Automate, and Glean, collaborating with IT, Data & Analytics, and Security to maintain governance and data access.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience solving operational problems with technology (business/systems analyst, operations, consulting, product, data/analytics).
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools (agents, assistants, automated workflows).
• Comfort with light code and data (read/write Python/SQL/JavaScript).
• Strong discovery skills to elicit real needs in short time.
• Product instincts: scope small, ship early, validate with usage.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Embed with departments to identify high-value problems and bottlenecks.
• Size opportunities by business impact and set project priority.
• Design and build AI workflows connected to core systems.
• Prototype quickly and pilot with real teams on real projects.
• Write guides, train users, and drive adoption.
• Measure outcomes: usage, time saved, errors avoided.
