Job summary

The Mosaic Company in Tampa, Florida, is seeking an AI Solution Analyst to turn business problems into adopted AI solutions across Operations, Supply Chain, and Procurement. You will collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and product owners to deliver generative AI, ML, and optimization models on Mosaic's enterprise AI platform.

Responsibilities include end-to-end solution delivery, data readiness, testing, and governance with a focus on secure, scalable implementations.

Qualifications

• An Associate's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Business, Information Systems or related area; Bachelor's degree preferred; 3+ years of experience.
• For those without a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of related experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of business processes, and how data and software applications support those processes.
• Hands-on exposure to AI/ML or generative AI solutions (e.g., prompt design, agents, retrieval-augmented generation or machine learning models) in a business setting.
• Microsoft Azure AI, Azure Data Science or Microsoft Fabric certification (or equivalent) preferred.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks such as Kanban.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the end‑to‑end delivery of AI solutions, from discovery and data readiness through prototype and production, ensuring alignment with architecture standards and business requirements.
• Help build, configure and test AI solutions, including generative AI agents, ML, CV and optimization models on Mosaic's Azure-based platform.
• Partner with data and analytics teams to prepare AI-ready data from enterprise systems and translate model outputs into business insights.
• Apply coding standards, design patterns, and responsible AI practices for scalable, secure solutions.
• Test, evaluate and troubleshoot AI solutions, participate in code reviews, CI/CD, and document technical debt.
