The Mosaic Company in Lithia, Florida (HQ in Lithia, Tampa area) is offering an Artificial Intelligence Co-Op/Intern for Spring 2027. The role is full-time, in-person hybrid at the FishHawk site, January 11, 2027 to April 23, 2027, 36–40 hours per week.

You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to prototype and productionize AI/ML solutions, and communicate results to stakeholders. You’ll work on reproducible AI/data workflows, model development, and cross-functional collaboration.
