Job summary
The Mosaic Company in Florida is seeking an IT Solutions Analyst Lead to drive deployment, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce for global Commercial operations. You will translate business needs into scalable technical designs and guide cross-functional teams.
You will partner with stakeholders to define roadmaps, implement AI-powered features, ensure security and data governance, and deliver reliable, scalable solutions
Qualifications
- 7+ years delivering enterprise technology solutions and applications.
- 5+ years hands-on Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience leading design, configuration, testing, deployment and support.
- Strong knowledge of CRM, customer engagement, and related processes.
- Proven ability to translate requirements into scalable architectures.
Responsibilities
- Lead deployment, maintenance, enhancement, upgrade, and troubleshooting of Salesforce and Agentforce solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and designs.
- Guide teams on security models, data governance, and scalable patterns.
- Partner with stakeholders to define roadmaps and ensure timely delivery.
- Drive AI-enabled capabilities and intelligent automation initiatives.
