Job summary

Meyer Utility Structures, an Arcosa subsidiary, seeks an AI Solutions Architect to lead identification, development, and implementation of AI solutions across manufacturing and business operations.

The role partners with leaders to understand workflows, identify opportunities, and deliver measurable value through AI and automation. You will design AI assistants, maintain Power BI dashboards, and integrate AI with ERP and enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in software development, analytics, data engineering, AI, or BI.
• Experience implementing AI solutions in business environments.
• Strong Power BI development experience.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with Python and/or C#.
• Experience consuming and developing REST APIs.
• Experience integrating multiple business systems.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-directed with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Curiosity for emerging AI technologies and continuous learning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI solutions that improve manufacturing, business processes, and efficiency.
• Partner with leaders to understand workflows and deliver measurable value through AI and automation.
• Research, prototype, and deploy Generative AI, ML, Intelligent Automation, CV, and LLMs.
• Design AI assistants, copilots, knowledge management, and intelligent workflows on Microsoft and cloud platforms.
• Develop and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards, semantic models, reports, and analytics for executives and operations.
• Build data models, SQL queries, APIs, and data integrations for AI and BI initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate AI with ERP and enterprise systems.
• Evaluate emerging AI tech and recommend solutions to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Establish governance, data quality, and responsible AI practices.
• Manage AI initiatives from concept to deployment with KPI tracking and ROI measurement.
• Other duties as assigned by IT leadership.
