The ideal candidate does not need to be a traditional software engineer, but should be technically curious, comfortable working with business stakeholders, and able to translate business needs into practical AI‑enabled solutions.

You will work closely with business and technology teams to understand existing processes, identify opportunities for AI and automation, assist with solution development and implementation, and help measure the impact of these initiatives.
