Rockwell Automation, Inc. is offering an AI Software Engineering Co-op in a hybrid arrangement, based in Milwaukee, WI or Mayfield Heights, OH. The role provides hands-on experience with AI-powered software solutions across enterprise-grade automation projects.

You will collaborate with senior engineers, AI champions, and architects, with a dedicated mentor, networking events, and company activities. Eligibility is for a January-August 2027 or June-December 2027 term.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
• Must be available full-time, for 6-8 months (either January-August 2027 or June-December 2027).

Responsabilités

• You'll work with development teams, gaining hands-on experience in software development environments and using development techniques.
• You will have exposure to the full development life cycle, agile methodology, system design, test-driven development, test automation, and build and configuration management.
• Build software applications, services, and integrations using modern software engineering practices and AI technologies.
