Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience building production systems.
• Strong programming experience in Python, Go or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and AI-powered applications.
• Familiarity with agent frameworks, workflow automation, and AI development tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications, automation tools, and decision systems.
• Partner with operational and business teams to understand workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Own projects end-to-end from design to deployment and adoption.
• Develop integrations between LLMs and internal systems, APIs, databases, and business apps.
• Create reusable AI infrastructure, tooling, and engineering frameworks.
