Job summary

MDLinx is hiring an AI Software Engineer to join the MDLinx team. Implement features, design software systems, and drive impact for users, with growing ownership.

The role requires 1–3 years of software development, TypeScript/React and Python, SQL, Git, and familiarity with AWS or GCP. You will work across teams to build secure, maintainable applications and contribute to AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant field, or equivalent software engineering experience.
• Participation in M3's AI training and upskilling initiatives; consistent participation is expected.
• 1 to 3 years of software development experience, internships or projects counted.

Responsibilities

• Implement features that improve MDLinx and drive impact for users with growing ownership.
• Contribute to software design and review others' code.
• Apply best practices: automated testing, clean code, documentation to build maintainable apps.
• Contribute to performance, security, and compliance of MDLinx.
• Contribute to repository context, conventions, tests, quality gates, and execution plans.
