Job summary

Mini-Circuits seeks a Sr. Manager AI & Software Engineering to lead the engineering delivery function for AI, software, and platform initiatives. The role drives a disciplined, scalable, production-ready engineering capability across MC-CORE, Ask MC, PIM AI, and future AI pods.

Responsibilities include establishing cadence, backlog discipline, release readiness, and secure, auditable development processes while aligning with business priorities and data standards.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in enterprise application design and systems development, including ERP integrations.
• Experience implementing AI initiatives as part of an IT strategy.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI and software engineering delivery across multiple enterprise initiatives and AI product pods.
• Translate AI and digital strategy into executable engineering roadmaps and backlogs.
• Establish delivery cadence, release planning, and governance for engineering programs.
• Coordinate global software developers, vendors, and internal teams into a unified delivery pipeline.
• Ensure production readiness, documentation, and data governance in AI projects.
• Partner with PMO and Vendor Governance to manage delivery health and risk.
