You’ll be embedded within GenStudio, building practical AI production systems, iterating content quickly, and maintaining brand integrity under fast-moving timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong editorial background with experience in fast-turnaround social content.
• Proven ability to produce high-volume, high-quality social content on tight timelines.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for video, design, and content generation.

Responsibilities

• Produce rapid-turn social video, motion, and design assets across platforms using AI-accelerated workflows.
• Translate long-form content into social-native cuts optimized for engagement.
• Leverage AI tools for ideation, editing, resizing, personalization, and visual treatments.
• Build and operate agentic workflows that automate repetitive creative tasks.
• Develop AI-driven systems to generate, test, and iterate on multiple variations.
