Job summary

Gen is seeking an editor‑first AI Social Creative Technologist to power high‑velocity, always‑on social content in a hybrid NYC setting. Embedded within GenStudio, you’ll blend editorial craft with applied AI to move fast, adapt in real time, and evolve content based on performance.

You’ll design agentic workflows, generate content variations, and optimize formats for platform-native storytelling across fintech and personal finance topics.

Qualifications

• Strong editorial background focused on short-form and social-first content.
• Proven ability to produce high-volume, high-quality content under tight timelines.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for video, design, and content generation.
• Familiarity with building or using automated workflows and creative pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Produce rapid-turn social video, motion, and design assets across platforms using AI-accelerated workflows.
• Translate long-form and evergreen content into social-native cuts optimized for engagement.
• Leverage AI tools for ideation, editing, resizing, personalization, and visual treatments.
• Build and operate agentic workflows that automate repetitive creative tasks (versioning, captioning, formatting, distribution).
• Develop lightweight AI-driven systems to generate, test, and iterate multiple variations simultaneously.
• Experiment in-feed using performance data to refine outputs quickly.
• Collaborate with editors, producers, and leads to support always-on content pipelines.
• Maintain balance between speed, quality, and brand consistency.
