Compal USA Technology Inc. in Georgetown and Taylor, Texas is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, implement, and optimize processes for AI servers and integrated rack systems, enabling smooth NPI and volume production.

This hands-on role focuses on safe, repeatable assembly, testing, and packaging while improving quality and cost. You will balance lines, validate tooling, and collaborate with design, test, quality, and operations teams to meet launch milestones, maintain ESD safety, and

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, mechanical, industrial, or electrical engineering.
Minimum 3 years of manufacturing engineering experience in servers or complex electromechanical assembly.
Ability to read drawings, BOMs, and changes; hands-on problem solving.

Responsabilidades

Define and sustain server and rack assembly processes and line layouts.
Support prototype, pilot builds, and DFMA reviews for new products.
Establish assembly methods for components, cables, and cooling systems.
Develop and validate liquid cooling assembly and inspection methods.
Specify fixtures, tools, and automation; coordinate installation and maintenance.
Create and maintain work instructions, risk assessments, and control plans.
Provide daily production support and implement corrective actions using root-cause analysis.
Drive Lean, stop defects, improve throughput, and reduce costs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, test, quality, and supply chain; train staff.
