Witness AI in Atlanta, GA is seeking a hands‑on Technical Support Engineer for AI security products. You will oversee a pool of customer issues, troubleshoot complex problems, and mentor the TSE team to ensure SLA‑driven resolutions and product improvements.

The role requires deep knowledge of network, endpoint, and proxy security, with collaboration across engineering, product, and sales. Remote sessions, email, or phone support will be used to optimize customer security deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of technical support/engineering experience.
• Hands‑on network security work with firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the technical support team, guiding troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues.
• Serve as escalation point for high‑priority technical problems involving AI security products.
• Provide hands‑on troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution for customer issues.
