Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an AI Security Senior Consultant to help clients adopt AI securely. You will lead governance, risk management, and policy design for AI across business units, coordinating with data, infrastructure, identity, and application security teams to translate strategy into implementable requirements.

You will guide junior practitioners, manage milestones, and support executive readouts while driving new work opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, IT, cybersecurity, or risk management.
• 4+ years in cybersecurity, risk, or tech consulting, incl. AI/ML systems.
• Experience with AI/ML concepts and governance frameworks.
• Experience applying AI risk frameworks (NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, EU AI Act).
• Experience conducting risk assessments and governance documents.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and current-state AI cybersecurity controls governance and risk across units.
• Facilitate workshops with security, risk, data science, legal, business leaders.
• Develop AI risk registers, control frameworks, and maturity assessments.
• Translate recommendations into workstream roadmaps with cross-team coordination.
• Draft governance artifacts, policy templates, and model risk tiering approaches.
• Own a workstream, manage dependencies, guide consultants, and support demonstrations.
