Job summary

Hakimo is seeking a Solutions Engineer Intern to help onboarding, configuration, and deployment of the Hakimo AI SaaS platform. You will work with multiple teams to connect customer camera systems and security infrastructure, traveling to sites as needed.

The role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career technologist with a foundational background in CS/IT, networking, or cybersecurity, willing to learn and grow in a fast-moving startup. Hybrid role based in the Bay Area, PT preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent hands-on experience in a technical field.
• 0-3 years of internship/entry-level tech experience.
• Foundational networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VLANs).
• Interest in IP cameras, NVRs, video streams, or physical security systems is a plus.
• Exposure to SaaS platforms, cloud, Linux, VMs, APIs, HTTP, troubleshooting.Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and customer-focused.
• Willingness to travel ~10–20% within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and implementation projects from setup to go-live.
• Travel to customer sites for deployment and go-live support.
• Configure and provision customer environments in Hakimo's cloud SaaS platform.
• Connect Hakimo to customer camera systems, NVRs, and network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot basic networking, video streams, device connectivity, and hardware setup.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments.
• Document implementation steps, requirements, issues, and resolutions.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
