Job summary

INSPYR Solutions in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an AI Security Engineer to support cybersecurity engineering, vulnerability management, security operations, and secure development across hosted production environments. This role partners with technical teams, project managers, and leadership to strengthen our security posture and incident response capabilities.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in cybersecurity engineering, vulnerability management, SDLC, and production environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of Vulnerability Management experience.
• 3–5+ years of Cybersecurity Engineering experience.
• 3–5+ years of full SDLC experience in hosted production environments.
• Hands-on in security operations, threat detection, incident response.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Align cybersecurity initiatives with business and technology objectives.
• Identify, communicate, and manage cybersecurity risks and strategies.
• Support governance, regulatory compliance, and reporting.
• Oversee security operations, threat monitoring, and vulnerability management.
• Develop and implement secure communication protocols.
• Design and execute advanced threat detection and incident response.
• Coordinate resources to ensure delivery of cybersecurity initiatives.
• Develop security operations metrics and KPIs.
• Communicate security status to leadership and stakeholders.
• Mentor cybersecurity professionals and share knowledge.
• Contribute to secure application development across hosted environments.
