Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an AI Security Operations Lead to strengthen AI security across the organization by improving AI visibility, integrating AI threats into SOC workflows, and developing AI-specific incident response and prevention strategies.

The role focuses on integrating AI security alerts into SIEM/SOAR, implementing shadow AI discovery, and leading tabletop exercises to validate response plans. Strong collaboration with SOC and engineering teams is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SecOps with SIEM/SOAR, detection engineering and incident response.
• Experience with asset discovery, security telemetry, and hybrid cloud/on-prem environments.
• Knowledge of AI security threats and attack vectors.
• Experience integrating security findings into SOC processes.
• Strong risk management, incident response and governance skills.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Integrate AI security alerts into SIEM/SOAR and SOC workflows.
• Implement shadow AI discovery across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Develop AI-specific incident response playbooks; lead tabletop exercises.
• Identify AI threats such as prompt injection and data exfiltration.
• Translate findings into remediation actions and improved controls.
• Maintain AI tool inventories, risk assessments and security docs.
• Track detection effectiveness, gaps, and AI risk trends.
• Collaborate with SOC, engineering, compliance and security leadership.
