Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking an experienced AI Security Engineer in Fort Worth, TX to bolster cybersecurity engineering, vulnerability management, and secure application development across hosted production environments. You will collaborate with leadership, PMs, and technical teams to strengthen threat detection and incident response capabilities.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in SDLC, security operations, and risk management, with desirable experience in Generative AI and LLMs.US

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in Vulnerability Management.
• 3–5+ years in Cybersecurity Engineering.
• 3–5+ years in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience.
• 3–5+ years of professional experience with solution design/open-source technologies.
• Hands-on experience with security operations, threat detection, incident response, and cybersecurity risk management.
• Strong communication skills for presenting risks and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Align cybersecurity initiatives with business and technology objectives with leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify, communicate, and manage cybersecurity risks and security strategies.
• Support governance, regulatory compliance, and reporting.
• Oversee security operations, threat monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Develop secure communication protocols to protect sensitive information.
• Design and execute advanced threat detection and remediation processes.
• Integrate cybersecurity controls with infrastructure and physical security requirements.
• Coordinate resources to deliver cybersecurity initiatives successfully.
• Develop security operations governance frameworks and KPIs.
• Communicate security status to leadership and stakeholders.
• Mentor cybersecurity professionals and promote knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to secure application development across hosted production environments.
