Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an AI Security Engineer to design, deploy, and support security controls across its AI ecosystem. The role collaborates with Security Architecture, Cloud Security, Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, and Application Development teams to implement secure AI solutions and embed security into enterprise AI platforms and services.

Ideal candidates will have strong cybersecurity, cloud security, automation, identity, data protection, and AI technology

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting cybersecurity technologies in cloud, application, infrastructure, or security engineering environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent technical discipline; or High school diploma with military experience or AI security experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy and maintain security controls supporting enterprise AI platforms and services.
• Integrate AI security controls with identity management, data loss prevention, logging, monitoring, cloud access security broker, security service edge, SIEM, and related platforms.
• Develop AI security automation, workflows, detections, dashboards and operational processes.
• Build and support monitoring capabilities to detect AI misuse, prompt injection attacks, unauthorized access and data exposure.
• Partner with development and platform teams to implement security requirements across the AI lifecycle.
