Job summary

Human Agency is seeking a Cyber Security Entrepreneur in Residence who will shape the security backbone of our AI-centric products. You will architect internal security posture across data, infrastructure, and AI systems, define governance for safe agent deployments, and ensure compliance with evolving frameworks.

You’ll prototype guardrails, publish insights, and guide client engagements around AI risk. This role blends hands-on security with strategic product leadership.

Qualifications

• Led security programs at high-growth tech companies or AI-native products.
• Hands-on security for AI systems including LLM architectures and inference infrastructure.
• Built and operated cloud-native security programs across AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with zero-trust, IAM, and secure multi-tenant architectures.
• Proven track record shipping security products or tooling used by customers.
• Comfortable explaining security trade-offs to non-security stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute security strategy from the ground up for internal and product security.
• Embed security as a first-class feature in AI agents with guardrails and policy enforcement.
• Develop security products and tooling that can become standalone offerings.
• Lead incident response, threat modeling, and adversarial testing for agent systems.
• Represent Human Agency publicly on AI risk, governance, and security best practices.
• Deploy and operate security infrastructure hands-on, including zero-trust architectures.
