Job summary

Human Agency is seeking a hands-on Security Leader to shape the frontier of AI security. You will own security strategy across infrastructure, data, and AI systems, embedding guardrails and governance as we deploy AI agents at scale for clients.

You will drive incident response, threat modeling, and adversarial testing, while also shaping commercial security products and guidance. This role is remote, international, and central to our product strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security at high-growth tech company
• Hands-on security of AI/ML systems and architectures
• Experience building cloud-native security programs across major clouds
• Strong background in threat modeling and red teaming
• Proven track record of security monitoring, incident response and compliance programs
• Experience building or contributing to security products for customers

Responsibilities

• Define and execute security strategy from the ground up for internal and AI systems.
• Build guardrails, monitoring, and policy enforcement for autonomous AI agents.
• Develop and commercialize internal security tooling and products.
• Lead incident response, threat modeling, and adversarial testing for AI systems.
• Represent Human Agency in client conversations and industry forums on AI risk and governance.
• Deploy and operate zero-trust architectures and secure data pipelines.
