Job summary

Human Agency is seeking a hands-on security leader to shape security for AI-enabled products and services. You’ll design the security posture from ground up, embed guardrails in AI agents, and drive risk management across clients and internal operations.

You’ll own incident response, threat modeling, and the evolution of security products, while serving as a trusted voice in AI safety and governance for partners and clients.

Qualifications

• You’ve served as a CISO, VP of Security, or Head of Security at a high-growth tech company.
• You have hands-on experience securing AI/ML systems, including LLM architectures and inference.
• You’ve built cloud-native security programs across AWS, GCP, or Azure with zero-trust and IAM.
• You understand threat modeling and red teaming, including AI-specific vectors.
• You’ve designed security monitoring, incident response, and scalable compliance programs.
• You have shipped security products or tooling used by customers.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute our security strategy from the ground up across infra, data, and AI systems.
• Integrate security into AI agent systems as a core product feature with guardrails and policies.
• Develop and potentially commercialize security products built from internal tooling.
• Lead incident response, threat modeling, and adversarial testing for AI systems.
• Serve as the public face of AI security for Human Agency, speaking at events and with clients.
• Deploy and operate security infrastructure hands-on, including zero-trust and secure data pipelines.
