Schwab is seeking a Business Partner Lead within Cybersecurity Product and Portfolio Management in Austin, TX. You will drive AI security priorities by aligning strategy, investments, and vendor relationships while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of Business Partner experience or experience in a similar strategic, financial, vendor, product, or portfolio-focused role
• Experience managing vendor relationships and collaborating with finance teams on renewals, investments, or business case development
• Experience evaluating investment decisions and aligning recommendations with organizational roadmaps, financial objectives, and strategic priorities
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience developing executive-level reporting and presenting data, risks, recommendations, or portfolio updates to leadership
• Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and advance outcomes across multiple levels of an organization
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, including the ability to manage multiple deliverables with limited direction

Responsabilités

• Partner with business, finance, product, cybersecurity, technology, legal, regulatory, engineering, and operations stakeholders to evaluate investments and align funding decisions with roadmaps.
• Identify financial and delivery risks and provide executive-level reporting before formal project management resources are engaged.
• Initiate and coordinate projects, support portfolio reviews, and contribute to governance and roadmaps.
