Charles Schwab is seeking a Security Analytics and Operations Manager focused on AI security governance. The role partners with technology, security, risk, and compliance to implement and monitor AI security controls, informing risk-based decisions and driving remediation efforts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technology operations or security operations
• 1+ years of experience supporting artificial intelligence or machine learning systems
• Understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, governance, and related security implications
• Experience applying Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Risk Assessment, and Analytical Thinking to complex technology decisions
• Ability to demonstrate Leadership, Communication, and Cross-Functional Collaboration across technology, security, risk, and compliance teams

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI security governance controls across Schwab’s systems
• Monitor and improve AI-related security controls in partnership with technology, risk, and compliance
• Support risk assessments, audits, and regulatory examinations with evidence collection and remediation tracking
• Evaluate adherence to security standards and drive remediation and exception-management activities
• Stay current with emerging threats and governance practices to enable safe AI adoption
