AI Security Architect
6 Month contract initially
Based: Remote/Reading - Max 2 days p/w onsite
Rate: £500 - £550 p/d (via Umbrella company)
We have a great opportunity with a world leading organisation where you will be provided with support and development to succeed. This is a progressive organisation offering a significant impact. We are looking for an AI Security Architect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI/ML security strategies, policies, standards, and guidelines to protect organizational assets and ensure the secure operation of AI and ML systems.
- Develop and own robust enterprise security architecture for AI/ML systems, CI/CD, and data pipelines.
- Participate in enterprise-wide architecture initiatives for AI/ML, understanding ML and deep learning workflows and pipeline architectures.
- Conduct security risk assessments and threat modeling for AI/ML and other projects, including design reviews and vulnerability identification.
- Support testing of AI/ML models, including trustworthiness, safety, fairness, bias detection, and adversarial testing.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to embed security controls into AI/ML applications and data pipelines.
- Define and enforce access controls, authentication, and encryption standards for AI/ML systems and data.
- Stay updated on emerging AI security threats and technologies, adapting security measures proactively.
- Provide guidance during design, development, and deployment of AI/ML systems to ensure security considerations are met.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Solid experience as a Security Architect with a focus on AI/ML security, demonstrating understanding of AI technologies and frameworks.
- Knowledge of security principles, standards, and best practices in AI/ML.
- Hands-on experience as a developer, programmer, or data scientist is preferred.
- Proficiency in Python, R, C, C++, Java, or similar languages, with security considerations.
- Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Jax, scikit-learn.
- Experience with secure coding, DevOps, CI/CD, and SDLC methodologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud services, DevOps workflows, and tools like Git, containers, Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of vulnerabilities specific to AI/ML, including adversarial attacks and data poisoning.
- Experience with security assessment and threat modeling tools.
- Familiarity with regulations such as GDPR, EU AI Act, ISO 27001, and their implications.
- Proven ability to design and implement security controls and encryption solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
