Job summary

LangChain is hiring an experienced Performance Marketer to own and scale paid search and emerging AI advertising channels in the United States, starting with Google Ads, Bing, and ChatGPT.

You’ll own the entire paid acquisition experience—from channel strategy and campaign setup to landing page optimization, conversion testing, and pipeline-driven optimization. This hands-on role requires strong analytical skills and comfort managing meaningful budgets.

Qualifications

• 5–11 years in performance marketing or B2B growth
• Deep hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
• Strong understanding of campaign architecture, bidding, and tracking
• Experience with landing page optimization and A/B testing

Responsibilities

• Own paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and ChatGPT advertising.
• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns with keyword research, bidding, and budget management.
• Write and test ad copy in partnership with Product Marketing for each channel.
• Analyze performance and scale high‑performing campaigns; develop testing roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, and design on landing pages and measurement
