Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an AI SDLC Solutions Consultant to accelerate AI adoption across the SDLC. You will engage with engineering leaders, run demos, and craft proposals that demonstrate improvements in delivery speed, quality, and productivity.

You will design AI-driven solutions, benchmark platforms, and deliver hands-on workshops to showcase methodologies. The role emphasizes measurable outcomes and scalable, repeatable implementations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles, delivering demos and workshops.
• Strong understanding of engineering processes (DevOps, CI/CD, testing).
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and ethical AI practices.
• Ability to map AI solutions to engineering outcomes and present them clearly.
• Capable of presenting architectural decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Skilled at establishing and tracking KPIs to quantify AI adoption results.

Responsibilities

• Engages in pre-sales activities by identifying client engineering challenges and proposing AI solutions.
• Conducts demos and proofs-of-concept for feasibility and impact.
• Maintains relationships with clients and uncovers AI integration opportunities across the SDLC.
• Collaborates with customers to align AI initiatives with engineering goals and success metrics.
• Evaluates and roadmaps AI-driven improvements in development, testing, and deployment.
• Designs AI-driven prototypes and benchmarks for fit-for-purpose integrations.
• Runs hands-on demos, workshops, and trainings to accelerate adoption.
• Establishes and tracks KPIs to quantify AI impact and guide improvements.
• Develops playbooks, case studies, and technical docs for scalable solutions.
