EPAM Systems seeks an AI SDLC Solutions Consultant to drive AI adoption across the SDLC within the Engineering Excellence Program. You will run demos, craft proposals, and map AI capabilities to engineering outcomes for clients in the US, leveraging payoffs like faster delivery, improved quality, and higher developer productivity.

The role requires close collaboration with engineering leaders, strong presentation skills, and the ability to translate complex AI concepts into measurable business

Qualifications

• Hands-on AI tool experience (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) with integration skills.
• Proven client-facing experience with demos, proposals, workshops.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and software testing processes.

Responsibilities

• Engages in pre-sales to map AI solutions to client engineering objectives.
• Conducts demos and PoCs showing AI capabilities and engineering impact.
• Maintains relationships with potential and existing clients, uncovering AI opportunities across the SDLC.
• Collaborates with customers to define goals, challenges, and success metrics for AI solutions.
• Evaluates engineering processes to identify AI-driven improvements and roadmaps.
