Job summary

Accenture seeks an AI SDLC Transformation Manager to guide enterprise clients in redesigning software delivery to be AI-native. You bring hands-on SDLC experience and deep knowledge of AI tooling, patterns, and agentic architectures to craft actionable roadmaps.

You will influence modernization of processes across product, engineering, QA, security, and platform, while staying ahead of evolving AI capabilities and delivering impact at scale.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years across the full SDLC, from requirements to release, with ability to map, measure and redesign delivery processes.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on designing or building multi-agent or LLM-integrated systems, including prompt engineering and tool orchestration.
• Minimum 3 years in a consulting/advisory capacity with enterprise-scale engineering organizations.
• Minimum 3 years applying flow metrics or value stream mapping as diagnostic tools.
• Minimum 2 years working with AI/ML systems, LLMs, or agentic architectures in a professional context.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; higher degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Value stream mapping and flow metric analysis to identify waste in existing SDLC practices.
• Design AI-native to-be processes that restructure and accelerate software definition, design, and governance.
• Change management for engineering teams transitioning to AI-augmented workflows.
• Strategy and design of agentic systems targeting upstream SDLC phases.
• Knowledge of creator and reviewer agent patterns and token impact.
• Model SDLC as a system, identifying feedback loops and bottlenecks.
• Cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, QA, security, and platform.
• Maintain fluency in evolving AI tooling ecosystem and MCP/tool orchestration.
• Ongoing research on capability shifts, model releases, and practitioner patterns.
• Translate benchmarks into actionable roadmaps for enterprise clients.
• Influence clients to modernize processes that affect AI-enabled SDLC outcomes.
