Job summary

IQVIA LLC is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design and deploy production-grade ML solutions with a focus on generative AI and LLMs. You will lead architecture, set coding standards, and collaborate across scrum teams to deliver scalable AI-enabled software.

The role requires hands-on leadership, mentoring, and a track record of deploying ML models in production, including RAG and multimodal systems. Strong cloud and DevOps experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with traditional ML algorithms (classification, regression) and MLOps processes.
• Experience with building, testing, measuring, and deploying machine learning models in production.
• Experience with LLM engineering, including fine-tuning foundation models and RAG systems.
• Development of multimodal AI solutions (text, image) and use of embedding models.
• Proven leadership experience in engineering projects and promoting best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of ML applications across product portfolio.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote code reuse and DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ML solutions.
• Deliver production-grade ML models and maintain ML data products.
• Publish conference/journal articles when appropriate.
