Ideal candidates are recent graduates or early-career professionals with 1–2 years of tech support or client services experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for AI and SaaS. This role offers growth and learning in AIaaS concepts and enterprise workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years experience preferred.
• Experience in tech support or client services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for client users via email, chat, and ticketing.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on the EvolutionIQ platform and escalate complex problems.
• Translate technical concepts into clear explanations for non-technical users.
• Use SQL to query databases and investigate data discrepancies.
• Utilize Zendesk and Salesforce to track issues and document solutions.
