The role offers a path for recent graduates or early-career professionals with 1–2 years of experience, focusing on AIaaS concepts, data analysis, and enterprise workflow support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related Business discipline.
• 1–2 years of professional experience preferred; internships acceptable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional email etiquette.
• Strong interest in AI technologies and SaaS business models; adept with tech support workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for client users via email, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the EvolutionIQ platform; escalate complex problems.
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical users and educate clients.
• Use SQL to query databases and investigate data discrepancies in tickets.
• Track issues and document solutions using Zendesk and Salesforce; contribute to knowledge base.
• Gather user feedback and trends to inform Product and Engineering teams.
