Zenoti seeks a Product Specialist to lead onboarding, drive adoption, and deliver measurable value from our AI product suite in a customer-success focused role. You will serve as a trusted advisor across client organizations, aligning product capabilities with business outcomes and collaborating with internal teams to maximize ROI.

You will manage onboarding journeys, run demos, and translate customer feedback into actionable recommendations while tracking usage metrics and driving renewal

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in SaaS in a Product Specialist or Solutions Architect role.
• Strong onboarding, engagement, and adoption frameworks.
• Experience with stakeholder management across diverse groups.
• Experience analyzing product usage data and presenting insights.
• Hands-on exposure to AI or data-driven products.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding journeys, ensuring seamless setup and initial success with AI products.
• Conduct customer-focused sessions, demos, and best-practice recommendations.
• Build relations with stakeholders across technical, business, and exec teams.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights for internal teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Support to resolve issues.
• Track customer health, adoption, and engagement metrics; report findings.
