Job summary

Maxinsights in Santa Clara is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge customers and internal teams across Product, Engineering, and Operations. You will own projects from discovery through design, implementation, and delivery, while identifying opportunities to expand relationships.

You will engage with AI, robotics, and autonomous driving initiatives, translating customer data requirements into scalable technical plans and delivering measurable outcomes in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in solutions engineering or related customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience in AI, robotics, autonomous driving, data services, or related tech industries.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end AI data lifecycle: collection, annotation, delivery, training, evaluation.
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer requirements into structured technical and project plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; able to lead meetings with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer engagement lifecycle for AI, robotics, and autonomous driving projects.
• Design customized AI data collection and delivery solutions with product/engineering teams.
• Coordinate delivery, manage risks, and ensure high-quality data delivery and project success.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to improve tools and processes.
• Support proposals, SOWs, scopes, and pricing materials with technical input.
