MaxInsights is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer in Santa Clara to join our core team building scalable ML systems for perception and embodied AI. You will work across data collection, training, evaluation, and deployment, turning raw data into production-ready models.

The role emphasizes collaboration with researchers, engineers, and product teams; requires 3+ years in ML, strong Python and deep learning framework skills, and a passion for delivering robust, real-world solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience building and shipping ML systems.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with production-oriented ML pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own end-to-end ML systems on large-scale data.
• Apply state-of-the-art ML techniques to new domains and optimize models/pipelines for production.
• Drive measurable improvements in model performance, robustness, and product capabilities.
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product teams to translate ideas into scalable ML solutions.
• Contribute to technical design and long-term ML platform direction.
