Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare paired media, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule. Benefits include free access to leading LLMs and flexible hours.

Pay is $18/hr max, with earnings varying by expertise and project scope. Contributors review image, video, and audio outputs, scoring quality and realism while providing written justifications.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain observations in writing
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferable

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and assess adherence to prompts
• Inspect outputs closely to spot artifacts, flicker, or misalignment between audio and video
• Provide written explanations detailing what you saw or heard and why
