Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score outputs for naturalness and adherence to prompts, and write precise explanations in writing.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, clear written communication, and a background in concise, evidence-based reviews. Applicants from multiple countries are welcomed.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models, ranking how natural and clear each exchange sounds.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely (zoom/replay) to spot issues like artifacts, flicker, or misalignment.
• Write a detailed explanation in English pointing to observed issues.
