Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what went wrong in writing.

Tasks include comparing AI-generated images and videos to prompts, spotting issues, and rating quality and realism from home on a flexible schedule. Requirements include fluent English, keen attention to detail, and the ability to write concise, evidence-based explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze live AI outputs.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred; good foundational knowledge in evaluating media.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely, zoom in and replay to spot issues like artifacts or misalignment; provide written explanations in English.
• Rate each output on multiple dimensions and provide a concise justification of your choice.
